For snapshot v1.0.0, the implemented checks cover JSON parsing, required bilingual fields, controlled values, unique record IDs, known field IDs and resolvable relation targets. The 43 definitions are still an initial editorial taxonomy: per-definition external provenance, independent subject review and a public reuse license are not supplied.
Publishes editorial definitions, generic links, schemas and clearly labeled hypotheses.
A separate Tools site performs local calculations; each tool requires its own correctness tests.
Future operations should name the data definition, assumptions, algorithm/version and validation evidence used.
